Experience Overview

Reviews from Amazon is comprised of two widgets: the ratings widget and the reviews widget. Both widgets must be displayed to provide a holistic experience to shoppers.

Ratings widget: Ratings help shoppers form an initial opinion about a product at a glance before diving into the product description and reviews. Clicking on the ratings brings shoppers directly to the reviews section of the page. Without ratings, shoppers can have a more difficult time finding or correctly interpreting information about the product.
Reviews widget: Reviews help shoppers evaluate your product in detail. The ratings distribution chart is shown at the top of the review section to show a full summary of the ratings. Shoppers rely on this chart to filter by a specific rating.
